These cinnamon raisin oat bars bring timeless flavor to wholesome oats.
Ingredients
- 200g rolled oats
- 100g butter
- 75g honey
- 50g light brown sugar
- 100g raisins
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan)
- Line a 20cm square tin with baking paper
- Melt butter, honey, and sugar in a pan
- Remove from heat, stir in cinnamon and vanilla
- Mix in oats, raisins, and salt
- Press firmly into tin
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden
- Cool completely before cutting
