Coconut Lime oat bars

These coconut lime oat bars bring tropical flavor to your everyday snacking.
Ingredients
- 200g rolled oats
- 100g butter
- 75g honey
- 50g light brown sugar
- 75g desiccated coconut
- Zest of 2 limes
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan)
- Line a 20cm square tin with baking paper
- Melt butter, honey, and sugar in a pan
- Remove from heat, stir in lime zest and juice
- Mix in oats, coconut, and salt
- Press firmly into tin
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden
- Cool completely before cutting
