These ginger spice oat bars bring cozy warmth to your everyday snacking.
Ingredients
- 200g rolled oats
- 100g butter
- 50g molasses
- 50g honey
- 50g light brown sugar
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan)
- Line a 20cm square tin with baking paper
- Melt butter, molasses, honey, and sugar in a pan
- Remove from heat, stir in spices
- Mix in oats and salt until well coated
- Press firmly into tin
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden
- Cool completely before cutting
