These peanut butter oat bars combine wholesome oats with creamy peanut butter.
Ingredients
- 200g rolled oats
- 75g butter
- 100g peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
- 75g honey
- 50g light brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan)
- Line a 20cm square tin with baking paper
- Melt butter, peanut butter, honey, and sugar in a pan
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla
- Mix in oats and salt until well coated
- Press firmly into tin
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden
- Cool completely before cutting
Batch Baking
