How it fits your week

Ingredients (for 5 shots)

  • 5 cm fresh ginger root, grated
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric powder
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 240ml (1 cup) water

Instructions

  1. Grate fresh ginger and mix with turmeric, lemon juice, honey, black pepper, and water.
  2. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Strain through a fine mesh if desired.
  4. Pour into 5 small glass bottles (60ml each) with bamboo lids.
  5. Store in refrigerator for up to 7 days.
  6. Shake before drinking each morning.
