What you need
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 lemon (juice + zest)
- 1/2 cup water

How to make it
- Wash the raspberries if using fresh

- Blend raspberries, lemon juice, zest, and water until smooth
- Taste and add honey if needed
- Strain if you don't want seeds
- Pour into ice cube trays
- Freeze for at least 4 hours
